Serve as the primary contact for exhibitors and sponsors, building relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.Manage assets, sales plans, and ensure timely communication, updates, and adherence to deadlines.Negotiate and source contracts for sponsor dinners, networking events, and activations, while fulfilling sponsorship deliverables.Oversee health and safety compliance, booth approvals, and vendor coordination.Analyze post-show data to improve future offerings and refine sponsorship and exhibition strategies.Collaborate with teams, stay informed on market trends, and attend events to generate new ideas and drive cross-functional efforts.
