Services Provided
Hyve Group offers:

✔ Data conversion & formatting
✔ Database management
✔ Industry-specific solutions
Note: Services exclude legal/financial advice.
Client Responsibilities
You must:
- Provide accurate, complete source materials
- Specify formatting/processing requirements
- Obtain rights to share any submitted data
Data Security & Confidentiality
We adhere to:
- Encryption: AES-256 for all data transfers
- Access Controls: Role-based permissions
- NDAs: Standard agreement included
- Data Retention: Files purged after 20 days unless requested otherwise
Pricing & Payments
- Quotes valid for 5 days
- 50% deposit required for new clients
- Balance due within 5 days of completion
- Late fees: 5% monthly interest
Revisions & Refunds
- Free corrections for errors we make
- Refund eligibility:
- Project cancellation before work begins: 100%
- Partial completion: Prorated amount
- After delivery: Case-by-case review
Turnaround Times
- Estimates provided upon project approval
- Delays caused by client (e.g., unclear instructions) may extend deadlines
Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of source materials
- We retain rights to methodologies/tools
- Deliverables become your property upon full payment.
Limitation of Liability
- Hyve Group is not liable for:
- Third-party service failures
- Client-provided inaccurate data
- Indirect damages (lost profits/revenue)
Maximum liability = project fee paid
Termination
Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice. Outstanding fees remain due.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by NY laws. Disputes resolved in USA courts.
